“WE ARE ALL PART OF THE PUZZLE”
A place-Based Service Learning Lesson

The Puzzle Project consists of thousands of 24″ x 24″ artistic puzzle pieces created in more than 20 states and 10 countries.
The individual puzzle pieces (pictured below) were created by Ms. Calnek’s first semester Studio Art classes and combined to make a mural 5’ x 24’ illustrating the students experience at Danvers High School as a “place” of meaning and influence in their lives. School-wide reflection on Danvers High School as the “place” was broadened to include all students, faculty and staff who have roots in Danvers and have attended the high school.

for him to add to the travelling exhibition.
