REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration is open to students who have completed Grades 9 – 12.
Students may enroll in one or two courses.
Early registration is suggested.
All registrations are due no later than July 2, 2018.

This should be completed and returned in an envelope along with the registration fee to;

or you may register in person at Danvers High School – Main office.

There is no transportation available for the summer school program.

COST

DHS Students:  $225 per course
Out of District Students:  $250 per course
The tutorial fee for Spanish I & II is $400 for 20 hours of personalized tutoring.
Full payment must be made at time of registration.
A $20 bank processing fee will be charged for checks returned.

REFUND POLICY

A 100% refund will be given for the course fee if cancellation takes place prior to the start of the first class;  a 50% refund will be given if cancellation takes place prior to the start of the second class, and NO refund will be issued ifcancellation takes place after the second class.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

All class times missed due to an absence must be made up with the director.
In the case of an absence, a parent or guardian must call the summer school office and an absence verification note, signed by a parent or guardian, should be brought to class the next day.
Tardiness will result in make-up time with the director.

CREDIT

In order to receive course credit, the student must maintain a minimum grade of a C / 70%
and also adhere to the mandatory homework policy.

Farewell Mr Lombard

The DHS student body gathered in the Atrium to bid a well loved teacher and faculty member goodbye today!

Mr Lombard will be retiring after 20 years of teaching at Danvers High School.
