Grade 6 Overnight Field Trip Forms Packet & Presentation

Please find below some important details and a link to download a copy of the family packet for our Grade 6 Nature’s Classroom at Camp Cody overnight trip.

DATES:  The trip is scheduled for Wednesday, October 11th to Friday October 13th.
COST: The cost of the trip is $485 and is due by October 3rd. Checks should be made payable to Holten Richmond Middle School or you can pay online through the Danvers Public Schools website.
MORE INFO: Camp Cody is located on the shores of Lake Ossipee in Freedom, NH and you are highly recommended to  checking out their facilities at https://campcody.com.
All kids attending the trip cannot use the regular buses and will need to be dropped off and picked up by car. There will be a lot of bags, suitcases, sleeping bags, pillows etc. and it’s not practical to have kids bring those items on their regular bus also carrying 7th and 8th graders. Please make arrangements to drop your child off at the normal time on Wednesday and pick them up at the end of the school dayon Friday.
IMPORTANT: All meds must be brought to the school by the parents prior to leaving and given to our school nurse to be sent up with the teachers. Please DO NOT send your child with any medication or drugs in their luggage. There is a nurse on site 24/7 to handle any medical needs and to make sure kids take any daily medications, and food allergies will be accommodated.

With our HRMS Student Picture Day on Friday, September 15, 2023, please visit Geskus Photography at https://store.geskusphoto.com/ to preorder your student’s picture package.

Please note the school’s unique order code for Picture Day preorders ONLY is 4XQ3JBVX. Please note this code expires at midnight on Picture Day.

Families that miss preordering will have another ordering opportunity when they receive their child’s proof photo (approx. 4-5 weeks after Picture Day).

Please note retakes are scheduled for Monday, October 30, 2023.

HRMS Student Forms Sign-Off & Contact Update Form

Please use this link to confirm you received a copy of your student’s Contact Information Form, make any corrections and/or changes to your HRMS student’s contact information, as well as sign off on the Student Handbook and General Media Release forms: https://forms.gle/WLbxH1GzjXeRmUMs6.

This form will be available during the year should any further contact information changes occur.
