The Dr. Betty G. Allen Library at Holten-Richmond Middle School is named after former middle school Principal, Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent Betty Allen.
The mission of the library is to offer a flexible space that allows teaching, learning, and collaboration among members of the school community to occur. This “learning commons” approach supports the academic and personal growth of students; promotes reading for pleasure, information, and research; and provides virtual access to resources beyond its walls.
We welcome you to a lively, enjoyable, and productive learning commons.
Do you want to access the library catalog from anywhere with your Chromebook? Click the link above for a Google Slide presentation teaching you about Destiny Discover, our library catalog.
HRMS students and faculty now have access to the app Sora from Overdrive. The app is connected to the MLS Commonwealth eBook Collection, which has a wide variety of eBooks and audiobooks.
Directions to log in are in the Google Slide presentation linked above.
