Change is Simple’s supercharged STEM curriculum brings environmental, sustainability, and climate education to more than 7,000 elementary and middle school students in the Boston area each year. You have to register for this site, but it’s free.

You’ll find directions on how to make your own ice cream as well as an explanation of how you can do this without needing a freezer.

This activity will introduce kids to the concept of sound waves–a topic covered in 6th grade science.
