Danvers Public Schools is a dynamic community of independent learners dedicated to respect, responsibility, creativity and the pursuit of academic and personal excellence.

New student registrations are conducted in the Superintendent’s office, which is located at Danvers High School, 64 Cabot Road. Prior to registering your child in the Danvers Public Schools, print and complete the Town Census form (below). Bring the completed form to the Town Clerk’s Office, Danvers Town Hall, 1 Sylvan Street. You will receive a certified copy of the form. Bring that copy with you, along with the completed forms required as listed below to complete the registration process.

Please read the DPS Student Admission Policy (below) for the documents required to enroll your child in the Danvers Public Schools.

All form requirements must be fulfilled before the student will be registered to attend school. Please print and complete all of the forms to bring with you to registration. (There is a checklist attached in the packets)
New student registrations must be done in person.

Registration paperwork should include the student’s birth certificate; immunization records and a copy of the student’s most recent physical report (within the past year).  As outlined on page 1 of the Student Admission Policy, please provide documentation to prove residency, occupancy and identity, along with the required forms listed below. Town of Danvers Census Form(Complete and bring to Town Hall; they will provide you with a certified copy to include with your registration packet. This document is not required for Kindergarten registration)
