Registration Requirements

1. Students must live in Danvers, Massachusetts as their primary residence to attend Danvers Public Schools.

2. Please review the Student Admission Policy and Health Documentation.

3. Please review the Massachusetts School Immunization requirements.

4. Students cannot attend until all required information and documents are provided.

How to Register

Once you review the registration requirements, please review the below checklist.

1. Determine your registration type
Kindergarten (see below for information), Preschool (see below for information), New Student (Grades 1 and above – registration open year round).

2. Gather required documents

• Child’s birth certificate
• Child’s most recent physical form / health record
• Proof of Residency – Mortgage statement, Lease agreement, Section 8 agreement or signed Landlord Affidavit (attachment B in registration packet)
• Proof of Occupancy – Utility Bill (water, sewer, electric, gas, oil, or cable), Car Excise tax bill or Pay stub

3. Complete the registration process

4. Wait for confirmation
You will receive an email once your registration is reviewed and accepted.
